Hyper Gunmetal 5-stars?

Does anyone have pictures of what I call "hyper gunmetal" factory 5-stars? It's not a dark gunmetal, it's the color that the gunmetal Tundra 17's are. Which is not near as dark as most "gunmetal" colors.

Anyway. I wanted to see if any body has 5-stars that are THIS color...

boy I sure am glad I went to blackwalls... I have seen a ton of different 3rd gens with these type wheels but I don't believe I've ever seen another with the same color.

Lol. Yeah, I absolutely love the color of your wheels, I'm pretty sure that's what color I'm going to do my 5-stars in when I get new tires. Now the hard part is finding the paint that will give me that look. That's why I wanted to see if anyone had already done it, so I could use whatever product they used. All the "gunmetal" paints I've seen are too dark for my taste.

Those are hyper silver, not gunmetal..

I ruined his thread, now everyones posting the Tundra 17's! lol.

I'm pretty sure they are COB. but i could be wrong. I have another set that's just silver, very light in color. the ones in the picture seem a little lighter than yours because of the sunlight and the flash from the camera.

Ive had some center cap woes so I have been dealing with Toyota and finding the colors of these wheels lately. The brightness on the centercaps alone shows they're hyper silver. They're not much different, but brighter and absolutely more glossy. We tested a hyper silver cap on my wheel, looked completely different.

The lightest is Clemsonfans color (came on a lot of tundras and sequoias), middle being Hyper Silver (your color, many tundras and sequoias), and darker, Gunmetal, is my color (tundra stepside only).

Good info. Thanks COB. I wonder how this would look on my mean green killing machine. well, it's not that mean yet, until i Lift it The darker rims look better on our green trucks. I'm not a fan of the silver tundra rims. And i'm gonna be getting rid of that set soon. It's a little beat up. I would also like to see that color on the stock 5 stars because I plan to PC my stocks
