I am an Idiot, I broke the navigation

Ok so we all should know that I am an idiot. I have now possibly screwed up my navigation. I went in to override the thing so i could type in addresses while i am driving, and decided to mess around in there. I went into the program list, and loaded the next program on the list, the second one down. Now my nav just will display a screen that says CAUTION and has some asian writing and says incorrect disk, please load correct disk, or something like that.
Anyone have any ideas on how to get out of this and back to normal?
I took the disk out and put it back in, and disconnected the battery and connected it back. I dont know what else to do.
I have a 2004 model with the external computer.

really no one knows a master reset or anything like that?

I will post up some pics tomarrow, i really hope someone can help me out, it has really got me worried that it is not working.
I need to learn if it aint broke dont fix it.

Try going into the diagnostic menu by flashing the parking lights on and off three times while holding the info button. There may be a master reset button in that menu.

thanks, i did try that, they have something that said memory clear and one that said code clear, but i could not click them. nothing happened when i touched them. The screen displayed AVX and said on or something like that, and NAV and said NCON next to it.

this sucks i love my nav, and cant afford another one right now. I just hope its not hundreds of dollars down the drain for one stupid mistake.

I would try posting this over at the oemvalue forums.

I'm sure someone knows how to get it back.

Sounds like you set it to the wrong region or something.

yea i think i set it for like japan so it wants a japan disk or something. Thanks i didnt know that oemvalue had forums i will check that out.
The guy I bought it from said he thinks he can reset it but i have to mail it to him so i would rather not be without it that long if i can help it.
