For those interested, I just called Linear Logic (maker of the SG2) and spoke with Joey (he's in charge of group buys). Best deal he could give was $149.99 out the door for each unit. I gave him a range of 10 - 20 people interested. He said it didn't matter if I had 10 people or 50 people, price is still the same. Basically everyone would call him and mention the group buy offer (as in T4R.org) and he would ship the unit directly to you.

Now he could do a group buy for $139.99 each, but that would require shipping all the units to one member and then that member would be responsible for shipping them out to every one else. This method would be useless as everyone is located all over the country.

Yeah as Bill said unless its lower than 150 shipped then i'm going to pass.

Agreed. I understand they're in a business to make money, but $20 isn't a huge savings.

Ya $150 for a group buy isnt a great deal seeing as they can be purchased on amazon brand new for $160 with free shipping...

I just wanted to update you guys on my progress with the scanguage, I have had for a while now, and I have callibrated it, and after several fuel tanks full of gas, I think I have it pretty acurate, so it looks like my average mpg is about 22 -23 mpg on the highway, with about 15 -16 mpg, in the city, I have it monitoring my coolant temp, my rpms, and fuel economy, I really do like it, as it has helped me see where my best fuel economy is, and also what my trip economy is.. there is one part that I am not to sure about, and that is my mph, as I am going down the highway, my speedometer is reading 60mph., but the scanguage is reading about 56 mph., i dont know why there would be a difference, I am still riding on stock size tires, and no mods on my 2000 ltd., so which one is correct is still a mystery to me.but I do like the part where I can scan for any codes that may be showing, with the touch of a button, I can clear them also. I think it was worth the money, $169.00 shipped to Canada was pretty good I thought,. anyways, take care guys,,,,,,,
