I folks. I have a 98

I installed pro comp es9000 shocks, they suck, the cheap metal threads are stipping out and i can either re-thread them again, or buy bilsteins

the truck has a 2 or 3" crappy spacer lift

which bilsteins should i price out? 5100s?

Hoping to keep the price down to around 150 bucks

appreciate any advice

5100 will work very well but won't cost 150.00

Those ES9000 shocks are hands down the worst shock I've run, no contest not even anything close. So basically anything should be an improvement. Are you looking for just rear shocks?

You won't find Bilstein's for that price so I'm going to recommend the KYB Gas-a-just shocks. I put those on my wife's T4R last summer using OEM springs and she loves them. I put Bilstein 5100s on Old Man Emu springs last week on my T4R and they are awesome (yes we have two 3rd gen T4Rs).
