I just bought a used 2000 4 runner

Thanks for reading. I just bought a used 2000 4 runner sr5 3.4 L. I like it a lot. It has 167,000 miles on it and Im a bit concerned with a few things. It idles a bit rough, and was wondering what the recommended time to change timing belt. also the Parking brake light comes on and then turns off periodocally. I didnt get a manual and was wondering what the recomended tune-up intervals as well as transmission service. If anyone would like to drop me there knowledge, I would appreciate it. Thanks a bunch. Also what normal things go out with this type of mileage? thanks
