Has anyone with an '03+ model looked into adding the DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHTS? I didn't get that option on mine. The dealer said they can't be purchased and added to the existing set up. Personally, I think that is a load of crap.

So tell me... Who has ventured into this arena?

It's computer controlled, and the dealer can connect their computer and turn them on. Or off.

You'll have to shell out 40 dollars to get the dealer to enable the daytime running lights.

Have you had it done? I noticed you're in Cerritos. Do you know of a dealer that will do it around the south bay area?

Mine had DRLs enabled from the factory but the dealer can enable/disable them too.

It's only a matter of reprogramming the computer. I've heard good stories from Carson Toyota's service department.

I'll have to try them again. I've tried Torrance Toyota and Carson Toyota. The service advisors had no idea what I was talking about.
