I need a favor...

I bought a '95 SR5 4x4 the other day. I need someone who has the "tall" '99 SR5 4wd to take some measurements. I have my stock '99 springs (front and rear) laying in the shed. I need a measurement from the ground to the bottom of the wheel well. I am thinking of putting one of the sets on the back of the '95 to alleviate the classic droopy rear syndrome.

I am not sure if I will keep this new one yet. So I am trying to recycle some of my old goodies for the time being. Who knows? I may even see if my old fat lip might fit. Kind of a "hybrid" 3.slow LOL! Thanks.

My '99 is a 'tall', but it's 10°F outside and dark. Maybe tomorrow. By 'bottom' , you mean the ground clearance, more or less, or you mean above the wheel where the fender ends?

Not sure if it will confuse the issue... by I installed the '99 tall springs on my 2000 SR5 and the measurements were as follows (from ground to fender flare):

Front 36"
Rear 35.5"

Thought that was what you meant, but to me the wheel well is the whole cut-out of the body that the wheel lives in so the bottom of that is down by the frame.

I tried, but both my drive and garage have too much pitch to be precise--can't get both sides the same or the front and rear are different. Roughly 35 and change in the rear, with the front almost 36". Original factory springs, with 125k on them. Full gas tank and tool box in the back.
