I need a roof rack

I have no factory roof rack, so I am looking to purchase one this summer. I would like to get a Safari rack. How hard is that to install, seeing as how I only have the black plastic rails on the roof? Any recommendations?

You could get some Yakima cross bars that will connect to your factory rails then put a basket on top of that.

Or you can get Surco Safari rack which comes with all necessary crossbars and hardware. My rack looks good, just need fix problem with too high lights on it.:
