I did actually paint brake disks on an old supra..

They were corroded around the edges, but perfectly good otherwise.. I sprayed them (mainly the edges and hub, anything on the contact area was unmasked overspray) then ran them for a few miles on "sacrificial" pads to clean up the contact area before fitting fresh pads.. it actually worked pretty well! :wow:

I didn't paint the pads to the calipers and to the disks though... :fish:

Once you get those bad boys nice and pretty don't forget to throw a little brake grease on them.

Hell no, I figured 6 coats of red would be enough. LOL

That depends..... If you have a pro they should already be painted and the 6th gen will have them on all trims that have the 5.7L engine in it.

you should paint the inside of your engine next...just add a gallon of red at your next oil change for a good coating.

Just rhino line em, put a brembo sticker on it and be done with em
