I Smell Burnt Oil

Title pretty self explanatory. Whenever I start it up I can smell it. But I checked the dipstick oil looks clean and doesnt smell. Im not sure if Im leaking oil, there might be a leak because i see oil underneath the fuse box. Also my engine put out a code P0120 which is the throttle position sensor A circuit. Does anyone know what might be burning the oil?

Update

Ok well after further investigation. I think my valve cover is leaking on my manifold. But Im still not sure what is causing that engine code. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

OEM TPS is like $35.00, I would slap a brand new one in there, calibrate it and then reset the codes.
