I wonder.......?

so i was pondering today..... i wonder if the front IFS arms from a early to mid 90's T-100 would bolt into a 4runner? almost just taking everything from the T-100 and swapping in onto a 4runner.... the whole truck is wider and the lift compontents look just the same only bigger... hmmmmmmmm.... any ideas? i know if you get the long arm travel kit you have to use the cv's out of a t-100 but i didnt know about the arms?

i think it would give you more articulation and it would be wider without the stupid wheel spacers. i get bored a lot and start day dreaming and this popped into my head. i couldnt find any pictures of the front suspention so.... any one have any imput?

well since so many people were so eager to share some input in this subject i found this. on the page it says that the front ifs for the t100's were the same as the 4runners. but the whole truck is 6 inches wider. would that be from a wider frame or wider A arms and rear axle?

from that we have to infer the width is only in the frame bro.

Ive often day dreamed about taking the front suspension of an IFS chevy truck and suspending it with coil overs on a toyota frame.... but for all that trouble I think I would just SAS with a 5 link and coils.
