Well I didn't read if they swapped out the axles or not but 80s come with solid front axles. However you can get diesel's all over the world except in the States....totally not fair!!!

A lot of those guys are on air bags from what I've read. I think hjalti_gto was in that group, but some of those are different pics. Definitely AWESOME. That's some crazy snow wheeling. I always look forward to pics from hjalti_gto too. The "river crossings" .... (I don't even know what you wanna call em) are crazy sketchyyyy!!!!

wide tires on narrow rim, its not exactly safe unless they are screwed to the rim.
Wide tires on a wide wheel.
