Ride is much better. Firm and less marshmellow like.
I ended up with 3" lift front, 2" rear. I left the coilovers the way they came- which was 1 1/4" of thread showing. So I could crank it down another 3/4", but I like the stance the way it is. It may settle down a bit further as it breaks in- I only drove it 2 miles so far. I need to get it aligned now.

so I'm assuming since you have a sport edition, that the XREAS is removed?
Yes, sport edition. Rides better than it did before. Yes a little stiffer. Rear is 15% stiffer than stock, not sure of the front spring rate. It really feels just fine though. I highly recommend it. Best mod I did to the truck- but I actually go off-road. For a street driven truck, not as much benefit. Did lose 2mpg from the higher ride height.

Not required at all. For looks and also stability- having your track 2.5" wider helps offset the fact that it's riding 3" higher. I had to reposition the front fender liners forward to keep the tires from rubbing. Easy to do, removed the three screws and backings that hold the liner in place, moved the liner forward an inch, and screwed the screws back through the liner. It's very soft plastic and went right in. No rubbing now.
