ICON UCA Delta Joint upgrade kit vs buying it as built

In the spirit of Black friday I wanted to upgrade my ICON uniball UCA(has 20k miles) to Delta Joint. New Delta Joint costs about $587 after discount. But if I buy all the service parts along with the tools it is around $540(I get to keep the tools for future maintenance). It is crazy how service kits are almost as expensive as buying new UCA with Delta Joint.
Please help me to decide which route you guys recommend and why:

Kind of hope you didn't end up buying all this. Two tool kits are two of the same kits and usually bushings just need regreasing. Really the true cost is the delta joint upgrade. I'm wrestling with replacing my current uniball with delta joint or just buying a new tubular setup. My current UCAs use heim joints so I might go with a new set and resell my current UCAs...
