I recently purchased the stage 1 kit and wanted to know what is the factory settings on the front coils? is it set to 2.5" or 3"? Please let me know.

That is a good question as every vehicle is a little different.

For the 3rd Gen 4Runner, the coilovers are supposed to come out of the box at approximately 2" of lift.

It is not surprising to see it closer to 2.25-2.50 as well.
