ICON wait times

Is the 5-7 week wait time normal for ICON products or do they generally ship sooner? Does anyone have experience with them?

Side note total automotive performance are great people to deal with.

Does anyone have any connections for contacting a rep at icon? I have several friends with ordered items directly from icon and have been waiting imo way to long with zero updates and nobody responding to any phone calls or emails.

I ordered direct and waited 9 weeks just for rear springs. Ended up canceling and ordered the last set from Metal Tech.

I ordered my suspension on 5/22/18 and still waiting. Ordered shirts and decals on 5/24/18 and still waiting for those as well.

I chalk it up to lesson learned and will not be a returning Icon customer again. Their customer service is amongst the worse I’ve ever seen considering they still can’t give me a eta.

This suspension better be the best I’ve ever rode in.

It'll be better than stock but it won't be the best you've ever rode in. You'll want King or ADS for that.
