Icy accident this morning

I had a minor icy accident this morning. My brakes locked up on black ice and I slid into a car at a stop sign going maybe 5 mph or under. He has some scratches on his bumper and wants to go through insurance because he told me "i won't have to pay for it!!". Either way I have a $500 deductible with a cracked part of my bumper. It looks like it should be a cheap replacement and I assume I can do it myself, but I'm not sure what the part is called. Its that white plastic piece underneath my front grille.

Does anyone know where I can find this? I went on rockauto but didn't have the name of the part. Here's a pic of it. Thanks in advance for your help. I'm hoping I can decline the insurance deductible and just repair it myself (assuming they allow that)

I figured out its called the "lower cover" sorry my google-fu is off since I'm trying to search from my phone since I'm away from my computer. Trying to find out where they sell them relatively cheap now...

Has anyone had to replace/install one before? Im thinking I may leave it until next summer, but a part of me knows it will bug me until its fixed.

Although if this ice is here to stay I prob don't want to put something brand new on because of murphies law....

i removed my whole front bumper under 10 minutes. Its really easy.

Front bumper cover is $200 from an online dealer. On the limited, it is one piece. On the SR5, it is two. You will probably have to get a shop to paint it. Probably another $100. Still will be less than your deductible. You don't have a deductible to pay for their damage. Some states you can choose to pay their damage yourself, but if you have given your info, it is too late.

You can also look for a used cover. Maybe you can get lucky and find one your color. Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market is your friend.
