Ideas for adding backup sensor in Limited?

Even though my Limited has nav/backup camera I really miss having the audio beeping from my last truck. Anybody have any opinions on 3rd party options?

This one seems the simplest, and adds a step, but sticks out a bit.

I have no problem installing, but not it too much wiring trouble especially to have it only work in reverse.
