Im new to this site. I have an 01 sr5 4runner 4x, stock. Bought it brand new. Its time to start upgrading. Any suggestions where I should start. Im thinking prerunner.

Spend some time looking at everyone's build threads, especially the very popular ones (look for lots of views). Take notes on the things you like, use the search function, and learn as much as possible about the mods you want to do. This forum will save you a ton of time and money, if you really use it.
My build is going super-fast, but mainly because I'm not guessing on much. ...and when I'm taking a chance, I'm clear on it. Like my shocks. Not many people around here use Fox shox, but I wanted to take a chance on them, and glad I did. Not too risky though, since stuff you can't find here may be found on other forums like TTORA, IH8Mud, etc. This is best place to start IMO, but def use those other resources if you can't find what you're looking for on this site.
