Identify this front bumper and grill

im a new owner of a 3rd gen 3.0td auto surf/ 4 runner, im in the uk

i am wondering bumper i have fitted to my t4r as i have yet to see another picture or the same ones. has anyone seen this before or can tell me if its an oem part or not.

the grill is not fitted well so i may replace it with an oem or an alternative one.

any ideas guys ?

Your bumper is same as mine.
You can find Toyota dealer's option catalog from 96 - 97 or 98 in JPN.
