2016 SR5 premium, the sunroof rattles occasionally, took to the dealer around 7K miles but they were unable to recreate as the rattling isn't consistent at this point. It is annoying but overall I like the truck a lot.

Minor rattling that seems to be temperature related... I just turn the music up and drive faster

Yep sun/moon roof what ever. 2013 Trail 25k loaded with Nav,KDDS, sun roof, suspension, what ever else was on the poll to go wrong. I haven't had one issue. But then again low miles. Gotta say, If this is all the things that fail on a 5th gen and I had all those things fail still would be allot better then many of the other rigs I have owned for personal or work. They all have issues but what's most important is none of "issues" will leave you stranded in the middle of no where. That's what's important to me.

Voted NO since I don't consider these problems:

Occasional rattle. I know how to fix it from reading this forum, just haven't gotten around to it. Closing the shade hides the rattle noise.

Wind noise when shade is open. Close the shade and no wind noise.

'15 TrP currently @ 66,500mi. Lots of weather in the southeastern CONUS and luckily no mishaps with the sunroof as of yet.

If you are getting wind noise with it open then you are doing it wrong.. Since you are doing it wrong you deserve the wind noise. lol

Looks like Toyota might have accidentally put in a good batch of sunroofs this time. How dare them!

Also just a rattle which is expected and will be fixed via warranty or me..whichever comes first.

70,000 miles and no problems. My 2003 had over 200,000 miles and no problems. My 3rd windshield had problems, but that was due to a "inexpensive" installer with "inexpensive" install techniques.
