ignition fuse

Hi,
I have a 2006 4runner V6 Sport edition. The fuse labeled "IG" in the fusebox in the engine bay is missing. Is this right? What does this fuse do? Ignition? Right now, my car starts but is rough idling. I have changed the spark plugs and tested the coils, I am now thinking it may be fuel injectors. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

My 2004 v8 sport edition does not have that fuse either.
