Are there certain brands of these to stay away from or as long as there recommend am i okay??

RockAuto Auto Parts has Denso's for 60 bucks each. Replace all three for about 200 bucks shipped. While you're at it replace the spark plugs and wires for another 60 bucks.

I bought Denso coils and wires from www.rockauto.com also.
I already did plugs when I did my valve covers. Get plugs too if you can afford all at same time.
