Just for the record I did not drive into the lake on purpose.

Everyone asks Why did you do that?!

ok.... in all fairness and honesty I was laughing quite hard when I saw your pics. I bleeped some words that I didn't mean, but for the most part I kinda felt bad. (kinda)

I thought Texas was going through a drought, WHY IS THERE WATER?

Anyway, I hope your runner got out ok, but you fell in trying to get out of your window. ;):

Lovin the spinning wheel pic. Can you say, "who needs A/T tires when you have RUGGED TRAIL baby!!!"

Good times, nice pic. If there was karma Id give you a +1

Look at the third picture. It looks like the water was once A LOT higher. Looks like most everything in the background was once underwater!

Yeah where we were used to be under water. That lake is used for irrigation too so when we hit hot spells like this the level gets low Haven't seen it this low in a long time. Can't use the boat ramps anymore.

Well my friend had his mom's Grand Cherokee with him. We tied the hitches together using a ski rope. We kept pulling with me in 4LOW. The Jeep got stuck behind me. We got the Jeep out. I got out and dug behind my wheels. We got some slack in the rope and yaanked the hell out of the 4Runner using the jeep. I finally launched out of the water.

awesome dude, awesome... make sure you clean behind your brake shield (mud gets stuck back there and will wind up causing you to buy new pads and rotors) as for the motor... thats nothing in a 4runner, just make sure you spend a few bucks at the pressure washer on that front suspension and your brakes and you will have good pictures without lots of expensive work... dont ask me how i know

yeah I just went to the car wash and laid on my side cleaning out underneath. People had a goodtime watching wondering why the hell i was laying down at the car wash.

BTW: BFGoodrich Rugged Trails SUCK!
Every BFGoodrich I have owned or friends that have owned wont stay balanced for more than a 2 months.
