i'm developing a bald spot from scratching my head (93 won't start)

so after thanksgiving dinner i started my truck to let it warm up. i killed it to check the oil, went to start it again and it's just forever turning over. i put it to the on position and didn't hear the fuel pump prime. i took out a spark plug and there's no spark when i turn it over. i went through all my fuses and wiring and everything checked out. i put 12v to my fuel pump via access under the rear passenger side seat and it seams to pump just fine. just replaced my plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and ignition coil. i removed the alarm as well hoping that was the problem and also because it's a useless pain in the a**, and still nothing. this car is my livelyhood and i've already missed nearly a week of work and may very well lose it altogether because of it. any and all ideas would be greatly appreciated

Double check ur efi fuse. When that fuse goes it gives u those symptoms. Maybe even replace it. Disconnect fuel line where it meets intake after fuel filter to make sure fuel is reaching it. Make sure coil is putting out spark, if it is then problems more likely distributor. If not then problems coil or b4 coil

You talking about the 3.0 or the 22RE

Get the crank at TDC and pull the distrubuter cap off and see if it lines up w/ the #1 spark plug wire. Could have jumped time. Similiar to the issue I was having one day and that was what I found it to be. I have the 3.0

If its the v6 could you have knocked off the coil wire going to the distributor cap? Doesn't make sense that it ran before you checked the oil and then didn't after you checked it.

Check the coil wire.
