Although the 4th gen Prado and Surf share the same frame, the body style is different and I would tripple check the body fit.

The Prado is a Lexus in the states.

The second bar looks like a Manik, Westin, etc. That first bumper, is that a bumper guard or a replacement bumper similar to TJM or ARB?

I like the first, what looks like a replacement bumper. If you find any credible info please post.

I would be interested in the 1st post. If it would in fact fit the 3rd generation 4runner. Keep us up to date.
