Imput on mounting front bumper

So i recently installed a 2" toytech bl on the runner and tried to reinstall the bumper and i knew it wouldnt fir pirfect but it looks like its nose diving. if it was level all the way around with a gap below the grill id be happy but it looks like crsp. anyone got any advice?

its 2 dark now. i started puttin it back on earlier but i steped back and looked at it and noticed it was leanin forward. there is a bolt on each sode of the bumper infront of the tire, and after the bl the rubber bushing dosnt fit around that bolt...

I had to work mine a good bit to get it level after my 2in BL. Put the bumper brackets on the truck and then attach the bumper to the brackets. I found it was easier than putting the brackets on the bumper and them attaching that to the truck.

x2 then get a magnetic level and put it in the center of the bumper, next tighten all of the bolts fairly tight and then tap the bumper into position using a dead blow or rubber mallet, use a tq wrench to lock off the bolts once level and you should be done.
 
Pull the bumper off and drill new holes where the bracket attaches to the back of the bumper, this is what I did after putting on my 1.5" lift and it looks fine.
