Probably not gonna work. I work there and we can usually tell when someones trying to do sketchy stuff like this. Plus youd need to have a phone number with that specific group size battery(theres three different group sizes that our computer shows to fit in our trucks).

I wont say that ive never tried to do anything like this, but after dealing with people trying to pull this kind of shit all day, I think its kind of low. But if you need to do it I wish you luck, its not quite as simple as you think.

The 4th person I heard having battery issues within few months of purchasing from Autozone! The duralast name has to be changed to neverlast
I got a NAPA battery and it is 7 years! still works good.

Well, to be fair, theyre made by Johnson Controls which makes batteries for pretty much every big chain store. Pretty sure they make up something like 70% of the light duty passenger car market. I see alot of them go for 6 or 7 years if theyre taken care of, but I believe NAPA is made by Deka which seems to be a better brand.

50 bucks with 6 month warranty not to shabby
