Incomplete bumper sent out no response

I ordered a rear bumper from Addicted Off-road and the quality control was not up to par. It did not have a plate welded in to fill the gap between the bumper and the hatch (4” gap), the hitch pin would not fit and I did not receive the mounting hardware. I reached out to Addicted Off-road via e-mail (3 times) and phone (multiple times) and have received no response. I had to pay a local fabricator $100 to weld in a plate for me and re-drill the hitch pin hole. All I asked them to do is reimburse me the $100 to complete their work and they will not respond to me. Use caution if you choose to buy any products from them as their quality control is sub-par.

At least you got your bumper... I've been waiting 12 weeks and nothing.

But yeah, thats not good.

Hopefully they get things figured out because my original lead time was 6-8 weeks. Nowhere close to that.
