Increase Fuel Economy...Proposed Method

This was posted on Sienna forum and it looks tempting....

I found a simple way to increase my mileage. Less then half the combustible components in gasoline are burned in a conventional engine. If you cycle this back to the engine, it can increase the efficiency of the engine and significantly increase your mileage.

I use a high heat poly-carbide hose to return unburned fuel to the intake.

My mileage has gone from 19.4 MPG to 39.9 MPG

That is definitely the most complicated EGR system I've seen. That could have only been engineered on 4/1.

You'll improve your mileage a bit more by running the system under the roof rack. Improved aerodynamics = improved mileage.

Since we are on the subject of great tips: Fragmented fish bones are great for cleaning out the fuel injector nozzles. Use the bass-o-matic blender for busting up the fish of your choice. Then simply pour the gook into your gas tank. You will immediately feel the results.

Must be April fools... When are people going to figure out recip engines extract 1hp/hr from .45lbs of gasoline, period! The super good ones might use only .419lbs of gasoline/hp/hour and the 1975 Chevy Caprice uses .475. It's all about weight, aerodynamic drag, drivetrain efficiency etc:bash:

Edit: Yes, I know, turboed engines do better sometimes, many variables.
