Look on etrailer.com, they even advertise on this site, and they have one for like $60 or $70 that i think fits the stock rails.

Check out rockymounts. Should be a little cheaper than Thule/Yakima, fits the factory rails, and is really nice.
No direct experience, as I have a hitch mounted Thule T2, but some of my buddies are very happy with their Rockymount roof setups.

Wow that looks real nice! Anyone on here using this? My straps are all officially broke on my Thule hitch rack. Im getting tired of lugging that thing in and out of my garage all the time. This looks like a great option.

Yakima front loader for a roof top carrier, don't use them off road.
Thule T2 for hitch mount.
I use my bike racks almost every day, and take them off roading with me often, these two are what I found to work really well. I currently use a T2 with the 4 bike extension.

I got a set of 2 Yakima Raptor roof rack bike carriers off ebay for $150 (for both). I use them all the time and have never had a problem. Yakima is a great brand and I'll buy their stuff any day. I've got the loadwarrior w/ lots of accessories, the bike racks, 2 powerhound se snowboard racks, and a few other things. Yakima all the way!
