I just picked up a 07 V8 with 130k miles and within the first week of owning it I realized I have the TAIKO chip failure issue that a lots of people are having..
The dealer quoted me 750 for a new OEM junction block.. I see it much cheaper online for older models, 2000-2002 for example.
Can someone confirm that the junction block from an older model would/would not work on my 07.
(also: does anyone think one can find the Panasonic chip sold separately?)
