Infant Seat-2 Row

I do have a 2010 SR5 with optional third row seating. I was wondering whether we can fit the rear facing infant seat in 2 row by using latch? or we have to run the seat belts?

I had to use the seat belts on mine but we put ours in the center I think if it went on either side you could use the latches I think? Not really sure my wife put it in cause I was being lazy lol
