Stock lugs work just fine. Although with such nice wheels I would recommend a $40 lock set.

Well, should have guessed the "they'll be here tomorrow" expectation might be wishful thinking... apparently the wheels are "manually controlled" part numbers and while they do appear to be orderable (and there wasn't a request for a TRD Pro VIN), they haven't shipped (tho a bunch of other stuff that the parts guys ordered yesterday did show up today). Crossing my fingers that they'll actually ship from CA next week. I did e-mail TRDparts4u asking about in stock availability and they said they didn't have them in stock but they can get them in the next day after an order is placed. I'm highly suspicious of that actually being the case but havn't replied back to them yet. If my order from the local dealer doesn't materialize next week I'll tell TRDparts4U to get 4 wheels in stock and send me a pic and I'll order them but I won't give them $$ up front for something they may not be able to actually get...

Wait, what? Man, if you actually get a set of the black wheels I'll be so jelly. I tried like hell to get the black wheels but was told over and over they will ONLY be available on the TRD pro. I guess if TRD actually releases the black wheel to the public, I will be selling the ProComp wheels I just ordered.

The black ones are currently on backorder with release date of August 24, 2014. Took a chance and ordered a set, we will see what happens. Hoping that I will be in before Toyota does restrict sales.

Got a call yesterday from the parts guys that the wheels had arrived! Stopped by (on a bike ride) just before they closed yesterday and saw them with my own eyes!!! Pics to come once they're mounted tomorrow... Did confirm that they're 17"x7" rims and take the stock OE lugs like the grey ones... Can't wait to get them mounted tomorrow!!!

Not going to be able to get them mounted until tomorrow, but here's a few pics of the new hotness! Now I just need to figure out what I want to do for lugs since my stock lugs are a little beat up from the tire shop using an air ratchet on them years ago and the TRD spline-drive conical seat lugs won't work...

h great...now I'm liking those a lot. Dammit, the decisions are killing me! LOL
At least I have until November to figure out which rims I go with (all of Oct will be on the road for fall colors photography), once I return home.

It would be nice if you could get a true weight on one for future reference. Even if it's a bathroom scale weighing with you holding it minus your weight.
Maybe they are pretty light being only 7 inches wide could save weight.

Congrats to those that have been able to order (and receive) the black wheels. I'm a little jelly right now.
I'm kind of ticked at the numerous dealers I've contacted, only to be told that the black wheels would not be released for quite some time (if ever). :redbrick::redbrick: I knew I should've waited just a little longer.
The Procomp wheels I ordered better look like a million bucks in person or they are going straight to the classified section.

One of the new wheels weighed in at ~25.08 lbs per my Feedback Sports digital scale. Weight was 25.26 lbs including a 0.18 lb piece of road bike tube I used to hang the wheel on the scale. So, weight is the same as the grey version.
Also, backspacing measured 4.25 in and I'll assume that's the same as the grey ones too...
