the intake in this link that I quoted will fit. but the link in the very first post will not. although amazon says it will fit my 4runner, the photos say otherwise (photo below). (they could just have the wrong photo.)

The K&N system was shown to lose roughly 10 HP from the deckplate mod. I doubt this would fare any better.

All "cold air intakes" are a waste on these trucks. Everyone in the market moves the intake from the inner fender into the engine bay. When I had the deckplate mod my intake temps instantly went up by at least 10 degrees. With my snorkel now though the intake temps are always at or below ambient

Not to mention the filter oil eventually gets on your MAF and intake.
