Inner CV boots leaking. What to do??

I have read several threads on guys just putting a new hose clamp on them and pumping them with a needle on a grease gun. And have read some where they take the boot off, clean out, fill with grease and re clamp. My question is....I have 102k on my runner. Should I simply re clamp and pump with grease assuming i will need new axles before long any way? Or should I unclamp, clean out, re grease properly and re clamp? What would you guys do/what have you done?

How bad is the leak? If its just some spray, then just pump some more grease in and reseal with marine clamps from WestMarine or the like. If there has been a lot of grease lost or it has become contaminated then you are better trying to clean it out and then regrease and new clamps.

Ill get some pics of it. It doesn't look that bad but, I'm afraid that they might be full of water and debris

Here are a few pics at what im looking at. They were taken with my BB
