Hey all,
I have been keeping a close eye on FJ Cruiser's fender bulge issue for a while now. If you do not know what this is about, then please see: http://www.toyota-4runner.org/showthread.php?threadid=30130&perpage=15&pagenumber=1

"Chatting before starting yesterdays run was surprised & got to see a current generation 4Runner with inner fender bulges & cracks - sorry pics don't show it that well but they are ugly in person & same location as on the FJ Cruiser. He is well out of warranty "It's a 2003 with 100k miles" so hasn't even bother approaching Toyota for a repair."
So, is the 4runner affected too?? I have always been surprised why the FJ has this issue, yet the 4runner does not. Anyway, i highly encourage you guys to check on your 4runner, esp. for those of you who off-roads and is still in the FACTORY warranty period.
