Inner Fender Liners?

So I noticed I'm missing the inner fender liners on my new to me 4runner. Looking online at junk yards, but not much luck. Anyone ever made any out of metal or ? Just trying to cover up that space, seems it would be too hard to make something (well not having tried it, it doesn't seem hard)

i was just thinking about making some the other day when i saw a sheet of metal in my buddies shop, it is very then, enough to bend to shape with your hands. i was thinking about bolting it to the under part of the fenders. ima go try it this weekend!
