Inner Wheel well problems

There are silver patches along both rear inner wheel wells. I looked for wheel well liners bout couldn't find any. If anyone knows where to buy them please comment a link. I also thought about spraying bed liner in the wheel wells. Would this work well of is there something better to do?

Im not sure if they actually sell anything like that but I came from another forum and there was a guy making some.

I'd try cleaning it off and try the bed-liner.
