Installing a Pioneer AVIC-Z2 GPS Unit

Has anyone had an AVIC-Z2 and backup camera installed in a 2007 T4R Limited? And if you have, what did you do to fill the gap that is there due to the difference in width between the stock unit and the AVIC-Z2. I'm being told that a custom install is necessary. Any help would surely be appreciated....and pictures if you have any.

go to your local sound system installer and purchase a double din stereo adapter for your T4R

It costs around 15-20 bucks it's basically 2 pieces of plastic that you screw to each side of the Z-2 and then mount in the T4R

No need for a professional install, easy as pie (if pie really is easy lol)

Two kits are available. One is made by Metra and the other is made by sparco or something like that. I have the latter installed because I believe it gives a much cleaner look. If you search you should be able to find pics of both. Good luck on the install!
