Installing accessories in my 2000 T4R

I just bought a 2000 4Runner and would like to look into putting in some accessories. Can you guys please suggest some brands/give me an estimate breakdown of the pricing of each?

-Sound Upgrades
Subwoofer - Looking for a decent one but not too expensive. Hopefully looking to put it in a place where it won't take up much space.
How much would getting a subwoofer professional installed cost?

-Grille Guard
Looking for a good looking one. Hopefully one that isn't too hard to install. How much would this cost me and whats the difficulty of installing it?

-Rims
Not sure about this one yet. But the one I bought used has some pretty beat up rims, especialyl the center cap which ahs paint wear. However, I could probably buy just the center cap for cheap. But nevertheless looking into changing into some better rims.

-Seat Covers
Right now I'm hating my interior seating, the cloth really doens't cut it for me. Would you guys recommend buying some leather seat covers?

I have just a simple 10" MTX sub coupled with a Bazooka 250w amp powering it and it does the job. I think I spent less then $250 for the combo.

Grill guards IMO are not worth it since they cut down on MPGs and they mostly are for looks and will cause more damage to the front of your truck even at lower speed front collisions since they willl just get pushed back into the front end and damage more than just the area that you came into contact with.

If you have $400 or so to blow on rims (save and don't buy the brushguard) and buy a set of new Limited 5 spoke style 16" wheels. They are a nice upgrade if you still have the older style.
