I have a 1995 4runner Auto 3.0L 2x4 4runner that i am currently converting to 4x4. I just need to know if a stock transfer case will fit and does the transfer adapter match up to the 2wd transmission? This is the last thing i need for the project.

No it will not bolt up BUT Inchworm gear make an adapter so you can take a 2WD trans and make it 4WD.

All the details are on Inchworm's site.
You'll also need their PreRunner adapter because yours is 2WD.

Ok cool, thanks. Gotta start saving up now.<!-- google_ad_section_end -->

I bet, your talking $1250.00 plus the cost of a t-case. Plus a crossmember and mount, driveshafts, etc, that's an expensive project you have going.

Yeah i got the knuckles with hubs (manual locking) and the diff. with the cv axles all for only $300. And im just going to swap the whole transmission and transfer case because i found one on craigslist for $250. The drive shafts were $80 a piece on ebay. And i installed everything myself, all thats left is the tranny. So im just happy i spent a lot less than i thought. :biggrin2:
