Instillation cost

How much did you pay for instillation of shocks and springs? I was quoted around 500 or so for instillation and an alignment check.

$200 for just the install on mine, nothing was done with alignment (I later had it aligned, the shop doing the work doesn't do alignments). The ONLY reason I had them do it was because I was originally quoted much lower (less than half that). I've done this install myself before, pretty easy to do (I just didn't have the time and price was "right"). There's no way I'd pay more than $200, too easy to do yourself even with minimal tools/experience.

Free 99. It's not that tough to do yourself. Buy a 12 pack of your favorite brew, grab a buddy and DIY. It does help if you have air tools. Took me and my friend about 3.5 hrs total. Alignment was $90 or something like that at my stealership.
