Instrument Panel Bulb Replacement Video

Howdy,

Today I noticed the gear selector light for "D" (Drive) wasn't lighting up anymore on my dash. I figured out how to get at the bulb to replace it and then decided to make a video of how I did it. Pretty easy job other than a couple electrical connections that fought me for a while.

If you have any questions, just ask. The video quality isn't top notch because I didn't use [MENTION=102606]infamousRNR[/MENTION] video editing skills to dial everything in but it does the job.

Thanks fort taking the time to do this video Tim. I'm actually changing my instrument panel lighting pretty soon. Just finished my entire center console including radio install and switch panel last weekend.

It's a shame so many folks on here put some quality time into their posts but they all eventually get lost as time goes by. Even with the advanced search function, you often time only stumble upon what you're looking for. It would be neat to create an algorithm that categorizes and organizes each of the posts.

I hear what you're saying. The search function on this forum doesn't work all that well. I usually find the write-ups and videos I'm looking for on our forum by doing a Google search. I've searched for threads many times that I know exist but couldn't find them via the forum search tool. Like you said, there's probably a lot of good informational threads out there that are lost because whatever search engine you're using doesn't pick it up.
