Well my insurance claim has turned into a nightmare. My husband has sent my 4Runner back for the second time to David Maus Toyota. The first time it looked like they hit the front bumper with something or dragged it along the ground, because there was a lot scratches in the middle of the bumper. Progressive Insurance tried to say it looked like bug or rock marks. I have never seen bugs or rocks just hit the center of a bumper in my life, but obviously Progressive has. The windshield was replaced because it had a chip and they scratched the hood and forgot to take the tape off the windshield (great quality control). Also, my rear rim was not replaced and it was dirty like they were in the mud (I cleaned the truck when I brought it to them). The passenger door, which was the only metal part with damage, it looks they tried to feather the paint into the existing paint and made a cloudy mark that very obvious.
