Insurance cost

I'm curious what you guys are paying for insurance on your 3rd Gen

For full coverage, I was qouted $400 more every six months taking my total up to ~$1000 every six months.

For PLPD I was qouted $210 less than full coverage.

I am at the $400 every 6 months range also. But that is 100k-300k full coverage with USAA

being an insurance agent, i feel this question is way too vague for a inter/national forum. there are just so many factors that are involved:

-credit
-driving history
-marital status
-occupation
- # of drivers in household
-claim history
-length of prior insurance
-limits of liability on prior insurance
-current limits of liabilty on insurance
-age
-driving course credentials
-etc. . .

but. i am in Charleston, SC and pay around 600 per six months (full coverage) for pretty high limits of liability. and i would also recommend everyone on here to have higher limits just because our vehicles will do some serious damage in a collision with a "normal" vehicle.

also,

for all you guys w full coverage, be sure to read your policies carefully so you know if losses "off-road" are covered. some companies will specifically state that any losses caused by certain "activities" will not be covered.

I pay $360 for 12 months with $25K/50K liability only. They would never give me close to what it's worth will all my mods so I figure it's just not worth paying a grand a year to cover half a truck.

i pay $65 a month Full coverage 300/100 liability,+ i don't remember all the other numbers but they are all good, i have rental car + rente(RS) isurance (covers my stuff at home) i also have custom vehicle coverage (covers all my mods) and all sorts of goodies.

im 24 only got one speeding ticket and pay $540 a every 6 months for full coverage the policy is on my moms name though

just to let yall know . .. i did a quote for a current customer the other day for $10,000 in customized equipment for his vehicle. It was only about 90 xtra every 6 months. NOt bad IMO

Not to jack your thread but i just wanted to put this out there if any of yall live in, or or near utah i can get you a killer deal with insurance, im not sure how it works if your out of state, but pick a company State Farm or Amfam i have friends that work at both and can get you amazing coverage, for a killer deal! AMAZING! :hungry: I'm sure cordrayj1 can hook you up too! this just may be a gold mine for you lol??

Just picked up my 01 SR5 Sport over the weekend... added as a second vehicle to my existing coverage only bumped it $100/year. 100/300k full coverage...
