Intake and roof rack

I got a '93 4runner 3.0L and I am looking for a air intake system for my truck I was wondering if anyone had any susgestions on what kind I should get and can get. Also I'm in the market for a roof rack but I have no factory rack so again I am looking for susgestions/recomendations. Thanks guys
