Intake Manifold

Can someone please shed some light on why the intake manifold gaskets cost are a $127 bucks. Doing an engine swap for for my "99 4runner", from a 2002. My intake and fuel injection must be removed and placed on 2002 engine since it used throttle by wire. Also will I need both upper and lower gaskets? I saw a few for 22 bucks, but wondering if it is one of those "you get what you pay for senarios". Is Fel-Pro and good brand to go with? Any advice highly recommended.

I bought my Toyota intake manifold gaskets for $35 each at Toyota of Dallas via their online parts store.

Guess the ones at advance autoparts and autozone are kits for upper and lower. Just picked up the upper from toyota for $18.
