Interchangable Parts???

Hi all,
I have Damaged the Front Left hand Quarter panel on my 1990 ifs 4runner. Im currently chasing a replacement, I just Want to know if these panels are interchangeable with older/newer 4runners and or Hilux's? Any info on this would be greatly appreciated!!

89-95 4wd trucks and 90-95 runners, should be interchangeable.
