Interchange hood with pickup?

Just wondering if anybody knows if the hood and fenders are interchangeable with a 2 or 4wd pickup. I've got a 90 runner that needs a hood and fenders and I found a local 89 pickup that has those parts for sale and I want to know if they are the same

Yes, p/u or Runner, 2WD or 4WD, all the same (except the flare in the 4WD fenders).
